When you make a payment, you will need to use your Covered California ID Number also referred to as Exchange User ID. You can find this number on the invoice that has been sent to you. If you have lost your invoice or don't know the number, please feel free to call us toll free at 855-957-2247 press 2 for Member Services and Press 2 again for Premium assistance.
